Questions and answers
How do I place an order?
Choose the product, flavour and strength, add it to your basket and check out with your delivery details. You then get an order confirmation with your order number.
How do I pay?
Payment details are shown at checkout. If anything is unclear, ask on the live chat before you pay.
How can I check my order?
Go to /order-status/ and enter your order number and the e-mail address you used at checkout. For anything else, use the live chat or the e-mail address in your order confirmation.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to UK addresses only. Every order goes by Royal Mail Tracked 48, or by next day delivery if you choose it at checkout.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Royal Mail Tracked 48 is £3.99, free on orders of £25 or more, and usually takes 2 to 3 working days once the parcel is sent. Next day delivery arrives the next working day when your order is paid by 1pm, Monday to Friday; its price is shown at checkout. Every parcel is tracked.
Can I return an order?
You have 14 days from delivery to cancel for unopened, sealed items in their original condition. Opened or unsealed pods, prefilled kits, e-liquids and pouches cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.
What if an item is faulty or wrong?
Tell us through the live chat or the e-mail address in your order confirmation. Your statutory rights apply, which means a repair, a replacement or a refund, and we cover the return postage for faulty or wrong items.
Do I need to be 18 to order?
Yes. Orders are for adults 18 and over, and placing an order confirms that you are 18 or over.
Which nicotine strengths are there?
Pro Max Plus kits come in 20mg, 10mg or 0mg, and Pro Max Plus pods add 5mg. The Pro Ultra Plus is 20mg, or 5mg in Shisha, the Rubik and Mini Ultra are 20mg, nic salts are 10mg or 20mg, and shortfills are 0mg.
What does 20mg mean?
It means 20 milligrams of nicotine in each ml of e-liquid, which is the same as 2%. It is the highest strength UK rules allow for nicotine e-liquid.
Is there a nicotine-free Hayati?
Yes. The Pro Max Plus kit and pods come in 0mg, and Pro Max Shortfills are 0mg in both 50/50 and 70/30 VG:PG.
What is the difference between a kit and pods?
A kit is the rechargeable device with a prefilled pod, so you buy it once. Pods are the refills for that device, in the flavour and strength you choose.
Which pods fit my device?
Pods share their device's name: Pro Max Plus pods for the Pro Max Plus, Pro Ultra Plus pods for the Pro Ultra Plus, Rubik pods for the Rubik and Mini Ultra pods for the Mini Ultra. The Quokka Pro, Elite and Lite take Quokka pods, which you fill yourself.
Do you sell Hayati disposables?
No. Single-use vapes have been banned from sale in the UK since 1 June 2025, so each old Hayati disposable is listed with the refillable model that replaces it.
Is a prefilled pod kit the same as a disposable?
No. A prefilled pod kit has a rechargeable battery and replaceable pods, so it can still be sold in the UK.
Why are pods only 2ml?
UK rules cap pods and tanks at 2ml. Some Hayati kits add a separate refill container: 9.5ml on the Pro Max Plus, 10ml on the Rubik and two 10ml containers on the Pro Ultra Plus.
Why do nic salts come in 10ml bottles?
UK rules cap nicotine refill bottles at 10ml and nicotine e-liquid at 20mg/ml. Hayati Pro Max Nic Salts follow both, in 10ml bottles at 10mg or 20mg.
What is a shortfill?
A shortfill is a larger bottle of e-liquid sold with 0mg nicotine. Hayati Pro Max Shortfills hold 100ml and come in 50/50 or 70/30 VG:PG.
