Hayati Pro Ultra Plus Prefilled Pod Kit

Choose your range: 25K or Shisha

The Pro Ultra Plus comes as two distinct models under one name, and that is the first decision. Hayati gives each its own size, battery and nicotine strength, so the range you pick now also decides which pods you buy later.

• 25K range, 20mg. Rated for up to 25,000 puffs. An 850mAh battery in a metal shell measuring 53.3 x 107 x 29.3mm, with a smart battery display that animates as it reports the charge.
• Shisha range, 5mg. Rated for up to 30,000 puffs. A 900mAh battery with Type-C fast charging, in a textured aluminium alloy body measuring 34 x 34 x 127mm. It adds a duo-mesh coil, a Boost mode at 26W, an Eco mode at 22W and three sound modes: Water Flow, Sports Car and Silent.

Strength is the simplest way to decide. If you vape at 20mg now, the 25K range keeps you there. If you prefer a lower strength, or you are drawn to flavours such as Double Apple and Grape & Mint, the 5mg Shisha range is the one to look at.

Two flavours, side by side

Inside the Pro Ultra Plus sit two tanks, each with its own coil. Hayati calls this a duo tank with double independent coils, which means the two flavours are stored and heated apart instead of being blended. The tank is transparent, so you can see how much of each flavour is left.

On the 25K model you move between the flavours with a twist of the mouthpiece. The Shisha model keeps the same two-tank idea, with its pod held to the body by a magnetic connection.

That is why many flavour options carry two names. Cherry Ice / Peach Mango, for example, puts Cherry Ice in one tank and Peach Mango in the other. How 25,000 puffs fit inside UK limits

UK rules cap a nicotine pod or tank at 2ml and a nicotine refill bottle at 10ml. A 25,000-puff rating needs far more e-liquid than 2ml, so Hayati splits it: the brand lists the capacity as 2ml in the pod plus 2 x 10ml in refill containers. The Shisha range follows the same 2ml plus 2 x 10ml layout.

Puff figures are the brand's ratings, not a fixed count. Longer draws and heavier use bring the real number down, and two people with the same kit can finish it at very different speeds. Read "up to 25,000" as the ceiling for one kit and plan your pods around how you actually vape.

Power comes from an 850mAh battery on the 25K and a 900mAh battery on the Shisha. Both recharge, so the body is not thrown away when the e-liquid runs out.

Why the Pro Ultra Plus is not a disposable

Single-use vapes have been banned from sale in the UK since 1 June 2025. The Pro Ultra Plus can still be sold because it is built the other way round: the pods are replaceable and the battery is rechargeable, so you keep the device and change only the pods.

The name causes some confusion. Hayati's older Pro Ultra 15000 was a disposable and can no longer be sold in the UK. The Plus kept the Pro Ultra name but moved to the pod format, with a higher rating of up to 25,000 puffs. For the wider rules, read are Hayati vapes legal in the UK.

The Pro Ultra Plus is for adults 18 and over. It contains nicotine, which is a highly addictive substance.

After the first kit

The kit is the device with its first prefilled pod. When the e-liquid is used up, keep the body and fit new Pro Ultra Plus pods, which Hayati rates at the same 25,000 or 30,000 puffs as the kit. Buy pods from the same range as your device, 25K with 25K and Shisha with Shisha, since the brand lists them with different sizes and batteries.

If 25,000 puffs is more than you need, two smaller Hayati kits sit below it: the Rubik 7000, rated for up to 7,000 puffs, and the compact Mini Ultra, whose pods carry a rating of up to 1,500 puffs each. Both are 20mg.

How to fit the pod and start

For the 25,000 puff version. The Shisha 30,000 version has its own specification table, under the Pro Ultra Plus Shisha name.

1. Take the device and the pod parts out of the tray and their foil packs.
2. Peel the stickers off the pod and both containers, and take the silicone plug off the mouthpiece. The leaflet shows which parts of the container caps come off.
3. Click the pod into the mouthpiece section, then click a 10ml container onto each side. The sides are numbered so each container goes on its matching side.
4. Lower the whole section into the top of the device until it sits flat.
5. Give the coil a short while to soak, then draw on the mouthpiece to vape. There is no button.
6. To change sides, lift the mouthpiece straight up, turn it half a turn and push it back down. The screen switches between L and R.
7. On a single-flavour pack, the same half turn moves you on to the second container once the first is used up.

To fit a new pack, lift the mouthpiece section out, slide the empty containers off its sides, fit the new pod and containers, and push the section back in. The device charges by USB-C.
