Which pods fit your device

Start with the device in your hand. Hayati makes the Pro Ultra Plus in two forms, and the pods follow the device, not the other way round.

• A 20mg kit rated for up to 25,000 puffs: you have the 25K model. It measures 53.3 x 107 x 29.3mm, has a metal shell and switches flavour when you twist the mouthpiece. Choose the 25K pods.
• A 5mg kit rated for up to 30,000 puffs: you have the Shisha model. It is the taller, squarer one at 34 x 34 x 127mm, in textured aluminium alloy, with Boost and Eco modes. Choose the Shisha pods.

Because the brand gives the two models different dimensions, batteries and coils, treat their pods as separate products and keep each range with its own device. If you are unsure which you have, the nicotine strength of your kit settles it.

What each pod set is rated for

Hayati rates the replacement 25K pods for up to 25,000 puffs and the Shisha pods for up to 30,000, the same figures it gives the kits. Each new set is therefore rated to run as long as the kit you started with.

Treat those numbers as a ceiling. Short, light puffs carry a set closer to the rating, while long draws and frequent sessions pull it lower. If you vape steadily through the day, a spare set means you are not left with two empty tanks at a bad moment.

The e-liquid sits within UK rules: a nicotine pod is capped at 2ml and nicotine e-liquid at 20mg/ml. The 25K pods are at that 20mg limit, and the Shisha pods are a quarter of it at 5mg.

Reading the flavour names

The Pro Ultra Plus holds two flavours at once, one per tank, so a paired name such as Strawberry Ice / Strawberry Raspberry Ice tells you what fills each side. The two ranges carry different flavour lists.

• 25K pods, 20mg: fruit and ice pairs such as Blue Razz Pineapple / Strawberry Ice and Cherry Ice, Straw Cranberry Cherry, alongside single names like Summer Dream, Mr Blue, Juicy Peach and H'Bubba.
• Shisha pods, 5mg: names such as Double Apple, Gum & Mint, Magic Love and Vim Frozen Blueberry, plus pairs including Magic Love / Lady Killer and Watermelon Ice / Peach Ice.

Changing pods: what the build tells you

The battery lives in the device, so a pod change never means a new battery. The device you already charge stays in use, and only the pods are replaced.

Two build details help. The 25K model has a transparent e-liquid tank, so you can see when one flavour is running low before the other and plan the next set. On the Shisha model the pod joins the body through a magnetic connection.

The device features stay with the device too. On the 25K that means the 850mAh battery and its animated battery display. On the Shisha it means the 900mAh battery with Type-C fast charging, the Boost and Eco switch at 26W and 22W, and the three sound modes, Water Flow, Sports Car and Silent. A fresh set of pods changes the flavour and the e-liquid, while the settings you are used to carry on as before.

Why a pod swap, not a new vape

Swapping pods is what keeps the Pro Ultra Plus on sale in the UK. Since 1 June 2025, single-use vapes cannot be sold here, while a device with replaceable pods and a rechargeable battery is outside that ban. Each time you refit pods instead of buying a fresh device, you are using the line the way it was designed.

How to fit a new pod

For the 25,000 puff version. The Shisha 30,000 version has its own specification table, under the Pro Ultra Plus Shisha name.

1. Lift the mouthpiece section out of the device and take off the used pod and containers.
2. Peel the stickers and seals off the new pod and both containers, and take the silicone plug off the mouthpiece.
3. Click the 2ml pod into the mouthpiece section, then click a 10ml container onto each side.
4. Put the section back into the device and give the coil a short while to soak.
5. Draw to vape, and turn the mouthpiece half a turn to move to the other side.
