Hayati Mini Ultra Prefilled Pod Kit

Short, slim and 20mg

At 43.5 x 20.9 x 96mm, the Mini Ultra is under 10cm tall and about 2cm deep. Inside is an 850mAh battery, and a smart screen shows how much charge is left. Every pod is 20mg, the most UK rules allow in nicotine e-liquid, and Hayati rates each one for up to 1,500 puffs.

That rating is lower than the bigger Hayati kits, and that is the idea. The Mini Ultra suits vapers who want a small device and a fresh pod more often, instead of carrying a larger body with a big e-liquid reserve. You get the device and a prefilled pod together, so there is no bottle to buy before you start.

The step on from a 600-puff disposable

Hayati's own comparison sets one Mini Ultra, rated for up to 1,500 puffs, against two disposables rated at 600 puffs each. That makes it a natural next step for people who used to carry a small disposable and now want something they can keep.

Those disposables can no longer be sold in the UK, because the single-use vape ban took effect on 1 June 2025. The Mini Ultra works differently. Kit options and the next size up

Some kit options carry two flavour names, such as Cherry Ice with Peach Mango or Grape GB with Strawberry GB, while others name one flavour, like Summer Dream, Mr Blue and Lemon Lime. Replacement pods come one flavour at a time.

A few names also run on the larger kits. Blue Sour Raspberry and Strawberry Raspberry Ice appear on the Mini Ultra, the Rubik and the Pro Ultra Plus, so a favourite can come with you if you move up.

If 1,500 puffs per pod feels short, two Hayati kits sit above it. The Rubik 7000 pairs a 2ml pod with a 10ml refill container and is rated for up to 7,000 puffs. The Pro Ultra Plus keeps two flavours in separate tanks and reaches a rating of up to 25,000 puffs at 20mg.

The Mini Ultra is for adults 18 and over and contains nicotine, which is a highly addictive substance.

How to fit the pods and start

1. Take the device and both pods out of the box. The pods come in sealed packets.
2. Pull the rubber plugs off the tops of the pods and the stickers off their bases.
3. Take the clear outer mouthpiece off the device.
4. Sit the two pods side by side in the top of the device, pressing each one down until it clicks.
5. Put the mouthpiece back on and press until it clicks, then draw on it to vape. There is no button.
6. To use the other pod, lift the mouthpiece, turn it half a turn and press it back down until it clicks.

The light shows the battery: green from full down to half, blue below half, red when it is nearly flat. Charge it by USB-C once the light turns blue or red. A cable is not in the box.
