Who we are
Hayati Vapes runs the online shop at hayati-vapes.co.uk. We are an independent shop, not connected to the Hayati brand. We are responsible for the personal details you give us, and we handle them under UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR.
What we collect
When you order, you give us your name, delivery address, e-mail address and phone number, and we keep a record of what you ordered under your order number. If you write to us through the live chat or by e-mail, we keep what you send so that we can answer you.
Under 18s
Our products are for adults 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect personal details from anyone under 18. If you think someone under 18 has given us their details, tell us and we will delete them.
How we use your details
We use your details to fulfil your order: to pack it, post it and let you track it, and to contact you about it. We send new-product e-mails only if you subscribe to them, and you can unsubscribe at any time by asking us.
Why we can use them
We need your details to carry out the order you place with us and to keep the records the law asks us to keep. New-product e-mails rely on your consent, which you can withdraw whenever you like.
Who sees them
We do not sell your personal details. To get your parcel to you, your name and delivery address go to Royal Mail. Beyond that, we share details only where the law requires it.
How long we keep them
We keep your details for as long as we need them for your order, including any return or fault, and for as long as the law requires us to keep records. After that, we delete them.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR, you can ask to see the personal details we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, and ask us to delete your details. To use any of these rights, contact us through the live chat or the e-mail address in your order confirmation. We may need to confirm who you are before we act on a request.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, please tell us first so we can try to put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), which oversees data protection in the UK.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use personal details, we will update this policy.
