Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only, and we do not send parcels outside the UK. You choose how your order travels at checkout: Royal Mail Tracked 48, or next day delivery when you need it sooner.

What delivery costs
Royal Mail Tracked 48 is £3.99, free on orders of £25 or more. Next day delivery has its own price, shown in the table above and at checkout. The delivery charge for your order is shown at checkout before you place it.

How long it takes
Royal Mail Tracked 48 usually takes 2 to 3 working days once the parcel is sent. Weekends and bank holidays are not working days, so a parcel sent late in the week may arrive the week after.

Next day delivery
Choose next day delivery at checkout and pay for your order by 1pm, Monday to Friday, and it is sent that day to arrive on the next working day. An order paid after 1pm, or on a weekend or bank holiday, is sent on the next working day and arrives the working day after that. Your order is sent once the payment has reached us, so paying straight after you order keeps it on time.

Tracking your parcel
Every parcel is tracked. You can check your order at any time on the order status page with your order number and the e-mail address you used at checkout.

Age
Orders are for adults 18 and over. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or over.

Check your address
Please make sure your name, address and postcode are right before you place the order. If you notice a mistake afterwards, tell us on the live chat straight away and give us your order number.

If something goes wrong
If tracking has not moved for a while, or your parcel has not arrived, contact us through the live chat or the e-mail address in your order confirmation, with your order number, so we can look into it. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, our returns page explains what happens next, and we cover the return postage in those cases.

For other questions, the FAQ and the contact page are the next places to look.
