Hayati Pro Max Plus 4000 Prefilled Pod Kit

Coming soon, not on sale yet

This kit has not gone on sale yet, and everything known about it so far comes from Hayati's own spec.

The kit follows the same idea as the 6,000-puff Pro Max Plus: a device plus a first flavour, made up of a pod and a refill container. Hayati lists it with an 850mAh battery and a size of 28 x 114.2 x 28mm, which makes it about 10.5mm shorter than the 6,000-puff version.

Meanwhile, the 6,000-puff Pro Max Plus kit comes in 20mg, 10mg and 0mg.

How the 4000 differs from the 6,000-puff kit

• Pod: 1.5ml on the 4000, 2ml on the 6,000.
• Refill container: 5.5ml against 9.5ml.
• Total e-liquid: 7ml against 11.5ml.
• Rated puffs: up to 4,000 against up to 6,000.
• Nicotine: 20mg only on the 4000, while the 6,000 kit comes in 20mg, 10mg and 0mg.
• Length: 114.2mm against 124.7mm, both 28mm across.

Hayati's page for the 4000 says it is the same device as the 6,000-puff Pro Max Plus. The change is in how much liquid comes with each flavour, so the 4000 suits anyone who would rather move on to a new flavour sooner.

Not the old Pro Max 4000 disposable

The names are close, so it helps to be clear. The Hayati Pro Max 4000 was a single-use disposable. Disposable vapes have been banned from sale in the UK since 1 June 2025, so it can no longer be sold.

The Pro Max Plus 4000 is a different product: a pod kit with a replaceable pod and a separate refill container, on the Pro Max Plus device. If the old 4000 disposable was your vape, this is the pod-kit model with the same puff rating. Like every Pro Max Plus, it contains nicotine, which is a highly addictive substance, and it is for adults 18 and over.

Flavours lined up for the 4000

The 4000 flavour list shares its names with the Pro Max Plus, and every one is 20mg. Among them:

• Fruit and ice: Watermelon Ice, Banana Ice, Juicy Peach, Triple Mango and Strawberry Kiwi.
• Lemonades and cola: Pink Lemonade, Blue Razz Lemonade, Blackcurrant Lemonade and Cherry Cola.
• Signature names: Mr Blue, Summer Dream and Mad Blue.
• Mint: Fresh Mint.

For a flavour outside that list, or a strength lower than 20mg, the 6,000-puff kit has the wider choice today.

How to fit the pod and start

1. Take the device, the pod and the refill container out of the box and remove every seal.
2. Fit the pod into the base of the refill container so the two lock together.
3. Push the joined pack into the device until it clicks.
4. Check the battery on the screen, then draw on the mouthpiece to vape. There is no button.
5. When the pack is empty, pull it out and click a new one in.

Charging is by USB-C, and a cable is not in the box.
